Domestique Mobile Bar takes that experience of enjoying an expertly crafted espresso drink or cold brew coffee cocktail out of the coffee shop and brings it to you. Available for your product launch, reception, block party or 'just because'.
Our espresso bar is designed to give your guests or customers a true cafe experience in the location of your choosing. We utilize the same commercial equipment that you'd see in a high end cafe, but shrunken in size to fit your event. Our typical espresso bar includes two standard drinks (think cappuccino and latte) as well as two signature drinks such as a rosemary brown sugar latte and a donutado.
The perfect non alcoholic compliment to your next party or event. Our craft cold brew cocktail bar uses our premium house made cold brew as the base to create inspired cocktails. This bar is available in both regular and decaf options. Some typical drinks available at our craft cocktail bar include old favorites like iced lattes and cold brewed coffee, as well as some less familiar options such as our espresso + tonic and the dream soda (our take on the classic soda fountain cream soda.)
Try as we might, we cannot live on coffee alone. That’s why we work with some of the best bakeries and caterers in Madison to provide your guests with a little something to compliment their carefully crafted cocktails. While we do not offer full meal service, we can curate a simple menu of sweet and savory finger foods to accompany your coffee service for a well rounded experience.
Every event has its own feel, and we want to create a coffee experience that it truly one of a kind. Want custom cups? We can do that. Interested in coming up with some new signature drinks? Q: How far will you travel?
A: Our mobile espresso bar serves the entire state of Wisconsin. All pricing includes travel within Madison. For events outside of Madison we charge a nominal travel fee based on distance.
Q: Can you serve beer and wine? Alcohol?
A: Our baristas are not licensed to serve beer, wine or alcohol. However, if your event includes a bar with a bartender, we can provide them with espresso and other ingredients for a collaborative cocktail.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: Our reservations open one year in advance. For best availability, book as early as possible — 3–6 months for popular dates (weekends, wedding season). We regularly accommodate shorter notice depending on staff and equipment availability.
Q: What’s included?
A: Our mobile espresso bar is all inclusive, from start to finish. Included in your service is: a planning meeting and in person tasting at one of our cafes, a full custom menu with two speciality drinks plus a full assortment of standard espresso based drinks. a professional barista
Q: Is there a deposit?
A: A $250 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your date. Final balance payment is due one month prior to your event.
Q: What’s the cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations greater than one month before the event will be refunded minus the $250 deposit. Cancellations less than one month before the event are non-refundable.
Q: Can I change my date?
A: Yes. Changes are allowed within the same calendar year, based on avaialbility, at no additional charge.

Q: Do you provide glassware, ice, and bar equipment?
A: Yes. We supply glassware, ice, bar tools, backbar setup, portable bars or tents where needed, and disposable alternatives on request.
Q: Do you provide alcohol or can I supply my own?
A: We offer both options. We can source and purchase alcohol for you or work with inventory you provide. If you supply alcohol, corkage or service fees may apply.
Q: Do you ever offer a cash bar, where our guests will pay for their own drinks?
A: Yes. We can design signature cocktails to match your theme, season, or di netary preferences (low-ABV, zero-proof, gluten-free, etc.). Tasting appointments may be available for weddings and large events.
Q: How many staff are included with my booking?
A: Our mobile espresso bar is staffed by one professional barista. If your event requires additional staff, we can add more for an additional fee of $100 per hour.
Q: How many drinks can you serve per hour?
A: We can accomidate 50 drinks per hour with one espresso bar. For larger groups or groups that need to be served in a shorter time period, we can add an additional full espresso cart to double that capacity to 100 drinks per hour.
Q: How is pricing structured?
A: Our mobile espresso bar services are billed per hour and are all inclusive.
Q: How many hours should I book?
A: Our most common package is two hours, as this gives guests enough time to order one or two drinks in most situations. We like to let our guests know we can serve an average of 50 drinks per hour, so if you have an event with 100 guests and you know they will all want a drink, we’d advise you to book two hours. We can help you decide how many hours to book based on our experience with past events.
Q: Do you offer non-coffee options? Decaf? Non-Dairy milk?
A: Yes! Included in our standard menu is both regular and decaf espresso, whole and oat milk, and a chai latte for our non-coffee drinking guests. We also offer a wide array of speciality non-coffee drinks including rich hot chocolates, spiced hot apple cider
Q: What do you need from the venue?
A: Our mobile espresso bar is self contained and only needs access to one standard 15a / 120v outlet. If no power is available, a generator can be added for a nominal fee.
Q: How much space do you need? Can you fit in regular doorways?
A: Our mobile espresso bar requires only about a 5’ x 5’ space. It’s 24” wide and will fit through a standard doorway and into standard elevators.
Q: Can you set up outdoors?
A: YES! We can accommodate both indoor and outdoor events.
